Cleaning Fee
The minimum cleaning fee of $100.00 is for a weeks stay, should you desire to have the home cleaned more than once (recommended for longer than a weeks stay) this fee would be $100.00 per time at that point.
Refundable Deposit
The Refundable Deposit is contingent only upon leaving the house in (AS YOU FOUND IT) condition. The deposit will not be returned should you damage anything in the home or cancel your stay outside of the cancellation terms (see below) we will secure the deposit with cash and credit card. All damages exceeding the cash amount would be charged against the credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Our Vacation Home is booked on and off year round, in order to protect ourselves from short notice cancellation that would result in possible loss of revenue, we require you give us at least (30 days) notice if you must cancel. We reserve the right to keep your deposit should you fail to give us the required 30 days notice.
